As we go through life, we all from time to time experience challenges that can sometimes feel too difficult or overwhelming  to cope with alone. I offer relationally based therapy to support you when crisis point arises or when you just feel you need support working something through. Clients bring a wide range of issues including bereavement and loss, trauma and abuse, depression, anxiety, managing stress, low self esteem and problems with relationships.

Whatever the issue, having a safe, supportive and confidential space to be able to talk through these feelings can bring understanding and clarity where there has been darkness and uncertainty. Gaining insight into your past and present way of relating can lead to acceptance and growth from which unhelpful patterns of behaviours can be challenged and a more positive sense of who we are and how we are able to cope starts to be possible.
